The hotel is modern and offers strong Wi-Fi, an amazing value. The rooms are good sized and newly decorated with an adjoining terrace and an iron. The staff is friendly. The full-service restaurant for breakfast is just what you need. When I'm in Tucson, I enjoy staying here.

A bit awkward to get from entrance and check in to rooms.

Regarding service, it was good with a shuttle to-and-from the airport.

This place has a great location near many restaurants, attractions, Interstate, and plenty of activities, with rooms including breakfast.

The restaurant and bar were empty on a Friday night. Could not order a drink with dinner, a glass of wine had to be gotten from the restaurant next to the hotel. Food in the restaurant not good. Said open until 9PM but no one around. The TV in the room kept fading in and out on sound and picture.

Had much fun and met polite staff on shift. The hotel had a central setting in the dining area.

Love the lounge, the restaurant and breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and worth it.

We would have liked a small microwave in our king bed room.

The rooms were recently refurbished and beautifully maintained. The king bed was just what was needed. The central location was a plus. It was 2 miles from Whole Foods Market.

For the price, I was surprised that they don't give breakfast. One has to buy it separately. Surprisingly I had just been on the east coast and hotels of similar quality provide very good complementary breakfast. Actually most if not all hotels on the east coast provide breakfast as part of the charge. As if that was not bad enough, there was no microwave in the room. When we asked, one staff told us that they would bring to the room on request. When we did request, the front desk said they don't provide microwaves in the rooms. Instead they offered to heat for us the food we needed to warm. We also found that the items provided in the rooms are more or less being rationed. Each day they would put 2 packets of coffee and tea and a few packets of sweeteners. For two people they had just two towels each night. Basically, it seemed to me like the service in such a nice hotel was below expectations.

The facilities at Doubletree By Hilton Tucson-Reid Park are fantastic, with a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms are beautifully maintained, recently refurbished, and feature cozy beds. The location is ideal, with on-site parking available.
